# Stop Motion

`X` controls left and right, `Y` controls up and down, and `Z` controls forward and backward.

## Select the axes

* `Stop X` removes left and right movement.
* `Stop Y` removes upward and downward movement.
* `Stop Z` removes forward and backward movement.

## Combine stops

Enable only the axes you want to cancel. For example, keep `Stop Y` off if you want to stop horizontal movement without removing vertical movement. You can enable several axes when you need to remove those movement components together.
